Gamia Metal Spiral Staircase 1200mm diameter. The Gamia Metal Spiral Staircase 1200mm diameter is a tough, easy to build steel spiral staircase, with beautiful Silver Grey powder coated treads, spindles and Universal landing. Due to its unique threaded height adjustment, the Gamia range is the only spiral staircase range which complies with the regulatory requirement for all treads in a staircase to have equal riser heights, and also complies with the 100mm rule for spindle spacings required  under UK regulations.   Illustrated in our photo with the optional landing balustrade kits which are sold seperately. Balustrade compliant with UK building regulations and British Standards (which requires that all spindle spacings on UK staircases must be less than 100mm) Universal design allows you to build it with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation Complete staircase kit including landing platform Standard spiral stairs kit is adjustable for height, and will achieve floor to floor heights from 2400mm to 2730mm Extra treads available to increase the floor to floor height to a maximum of 3.67 metres.
