Various L- shaped Layouts are available when you purchase the optional 1/4 landing platform   A variation on the Gamia Mini Plus Space Saver Staircase, complete with 11 treads and solid beech handrail in Dark Walnut stained finish. Treads are height adjustable for a perfect fit. The alternating tread design allows the staircase to fit into a much smaller space than a conventional staircase, making it ideal for loft conversions where access is limited. The 1/4 Landing Platform (Illustrated in the photo) is available as an optional extra, and allows the staircase to turn through 90 degrees, to the left or right. The platform can be fitted in a variety of locations in the flight, allowing this system to work in really awkward spaces. Straight flight, alternating-tread stair system. Available with or without 1/4 landing, see options above. Standard kit has adjustable rise for heights from 2400mm to 2640mm. Extra treads available to fit stair heights up to 3080mm. (For floor to floor heights lower than 2400mm order the standard kit and remove the appropriate treads).
