Standard spiral staircase kit includes a Universal Landing Platform to suit square or circular openings, or mezzanine floors. Standard spiral staircase kit is adjustable for height, and will achieve floor to floor heights from 2400mm. to 2640mm in accordance with UK regulations. Extra treads available to increase the floor to floor height to a maximum of 3.3 metres. Each extra adjustable tread adds 200 to 220mm to the height of the staircase. Standard kit with one extra tread = ht range 2600mm to 2860mm; Standard kit with two extra treads = ht range 2800mm to 3080mm; Standard kit with three extra treads = ht range 3000mm to 3300mm.
