Manufactured to the latest European Standards by Misterstep in Italy, this popular model of spiral staircase is easy to build and can be completed in a day, even by a complete novice! The Sorrento comes with comprehensive Dvd-ROM build instructions. In stock at our Italian Warehouse.
- Staircase available in three standard widths; 1200mm, 1400mm and 1600mm diameter.This is the 1600mm diameter staircase.
- Staircase treads are adjustable for height - the standard staircase is supplied with 11 treads plus universal landing to achieve floor to floor heights from 2400mm. to 2640mm.
- Includes a Universal Landing platform for circular or square openings. (Opening dimensions should be 50mm bigger than the staircase diameter, i.e. for a 1400mm staircase a square opening shold be 1450 x 1450mm, a circular opening should be 1450mm diameter).
- Beech Hardwood handrail to match hardwood treads.
- Can be fitted clockwise or anti-clockwise - you decide when you fit it.
- Vertical spindles for a contemporary look. Spindles comply with the 100mm sphere rule.
- Silver-Grey epoxy-coated steel, with Dark Stained beech treads and handrail.
- 15 year components warranty.
- Optional Riser Bar kit. (Should be fitted where children under 5 will be regularly using the stairs.) Riser bars are mandatory in Scotland. See options above to order.
