12 treads and a landing, adjustable for floor to floor heights up to 2860mm.

Includes landing platform which can be fixed for example to a balcony or a mezzanine.
- One piece pvc weatherproof handrail.
- Treads have non-slip strips.
- Add up to 3 extra treads to increase height of stairs. (Max height 3520mm). For lower heights than standard, simply leave the appropriate amount of treads out.
- Additional balustrade for balcony or mezzanine guard rails is not available for this product
- This staircase is not suitable for use as a fire escape.
