In common with most manufacturing organisations in Italy, our Italian factories and offices close for the month of August. However deliveries of products held in stock in our UK warehouse are not affected by the closure of the factories. Please see our UK stock listing by clicking on this link. Our online store will be operating as usual, and so will our UK delivery and distribution services. From 2nd August until 13th August all UK sales and technical support is via our website, by using our "Contact Us" facility. A member of our Internet Team will be happy to assist you. We offer Next Working Day or 3 Working Day delivery for products, which are indicated on the product web page. The next working day service applies to orders placed before 12 Noon, on any business day, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next business day, and delivered the day after. Next working day delivery is only available to mainland UK addresses. Scottish Highlands are always a 3 day service.
All deliveries are pre-booked with the customer by our Carrier service.
Deliveries to U.K. Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are a 5 working day service and incurr an extra cost. Customers should call or email for price and delivery information.
We guarantee next working day delivery between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. On very rare occasions due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot complete our journey to the delivery address on the appointed day. Where this happens you will be contacted by our staff and the delivery will be re-booked on a day and time to suit you.
All deliveries are pre-booked with the customer by our dispatch or sales departments including orders placed on our Online Store. For this reason we MUST have a daytime contact number where you can be reached to confirm the delivery. If we cannot contact you the dispatch date may be delayed.
Where customers are not home on the appointed day, or the delivery driver can't get any reply from the delivery address, the goods will be returned to the local depot and a re-delivery charge will be applied. The delivery driver cannot call customers prior to delivery, or when he or she is on route to the delivery address.
