The Civik is an easy to build spiral staircase kit with steel treads. The standard Civik spiral stairs kit includes 12 treads plus a landing platform, and is adjustable for height between 2520mm and 2860mm. 1400mm diameter spiral stairs are compact and space saving whilst being wide enough for everyday use. Ideal for loft stairs or for an extension where you need a secondary staircase.

• The Civik spiral staircase includes a universal landing to fit a circular or square opening. (Opening dimensions should be 50mm bigger than the staircase diameter, i.e. for a 1400mm staircase a square opening should be 1450 x 1450mm, a circular opening should be 1450mm diameter).


• The Civik spiral staircase kit has steel treads and balusters with a solid pvc handrail.


• Attractive safety tread-inserts for extra grip.


• The Civik spiral staircase kit comes in a choice of colours, Black, White or Grey.


• Clear tread width is 585mm between the centre column and inside of the handrail

*Please note the maximum height quoted will exceed the maximum riser height for a spiral staircase under Building Regs BS5395-2.
