The Phola Deluxe 1600mm diameter spiral staircase with solid beech treads is a top-of-the-range heavy duty spiral staircase kit which is available in a wide range of popular colours. Supplied in a standard kit with 11 treads plus universal landing platform giving 12 risers in total. The Phola range features adjustable height treads, so you get a perfect fit every time. The vertical spindles also have the correct spacing of less than 100mm to meet UK balustrade regulations.

• The standard kit of 11 treads plus landing platform is adjustable for height, and will achieve floor to floor heights from 2050mm to 2640mm. Extra treads are available to increase the floor to floor height to a maximum of 3.52metres
• Height adjustment is by way of 5mm spacers added between the treads.
• Universal design allows you to build it with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation
• Landing platform included, for square or circular openings, just trim to fit with a jigsaw.
• Fits asquare or round opening size, 1650 x 1650mm square or 1650mm diameter
• Steel main construction with high quality ABS moulded fixings, steel spindles and solid beech treads and handrail
